Husband | Father | Hope Dealer

"I embrace the razzle-dazzle and welcome the dream weave. A disciple of JC Ryle, I love my wife, four kids, books, basketball, movies, and music. King Jesus is my Savior. Andrew (Simon Peter's brother) is my hero. I believe Shawn Carter is a genius. Jordan is better than Lebron. And nothing beats a good cheeseburger."

Chris Harper (aka Harp) is a hope dealer. Most people today can't find the courage to live beyond the day in front of them. Mired in sadness, depression, and hopelessness, they are looking for a bit of encouragement. Deep down, we all want someone to lean in—someone to believe in us. The world needs more hope dealers—more people willing to lean in.

Harp’s extensive professional and academic background is a testament to his expertise. His journey has taken him from the hollers of Kentucky to the rolling hills of Scotland. He holds multiple degrees, having studied at the University of Louisville, Harvard, Dallas Theological Seminary, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He believes in the power of hospitality and that art, music, community, and commerce are powerful mediums for transformation.

Married to his best friend, Harp and Ally have four kids and reside in the GREAT state of Texas.
